The story behind this design
The fronds are drawn large and overlapping, so they read as a frame rather than a pattern, and they run off two edges of the sheet to suggest more growth beyond it. Coral hibiscus and small gold accents break up the green without crowding the dates. The feeling is a humid garden at midday rather than a tidy houseplant.
