Unique and Made-to-Order Products:
Our products are crafted uniquely and produced upon order placement. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, or color, or a change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged product or encountering a manufacturing error, DipaliZ extends its commitment to resolving the issue. Contact our team at support@dipaliz.com within 30 days of receiving the product, providing a clear photo depicting the problem. We offer a free replacement or a refund for eligible cases.

Return Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card company.

Exceptions:
DipaliZ will not assume responsibility or provide replacements/refunds for orders with incorrect size or color selections. In the case of unsuccessful delivery, you have the option to choose between a replacement with an additional charge or a partial refund.
