The story behind this design
The design has to survive being written over, so the flag motif is held to the head of the sheet and the rest is left open white. That restraint is the whole point of a printed note pad: a full-bleed artwork looks better in a photograph and is useless once you put a pen to it. The dates run small along the top edge, which keeps them legible on the 3 inch pad as well as the 4 inch one.
The sizes and paper color above come from this pad's own specification.

A: The DipaliZ Patriotic Sticky Note Pad is offered in a 3 inch by 3 inch size and a 4 inch by 4 inch size.

Q: Is this a note pad or a notebook?
A: This listing is a loose-sheet sticky note pad. DipaliZ sells bound journals and notebooks as separate listings.
Care
