The story behind this design

The numerals are the fireworks, not a caption beside them: each stroke of the 2, 5 and 0 is built from radiating sparks that break out past the edge of the figure, so the number holds its shape while looking as though it is still going off. Red and blue sit at full strength with white left as the gaps between sparks, which is what keeps it legible on the pale heathered colorways. There is no flag and no eagle anywhere in it.
