The story behind this design
The idea here was to let the national bird relax for once. The eagle is drawn head-on in warm ochre and deep brown, dark aviator lenses flashing red and blue reflections, with a flat field of stars behind it. The palette stays close to flag colours but the mood is entirely backyard barbecue rather than ceremony.
