Penguin Sliding in Snow
About This Item
This DipaliZ beer glass is a 16 oz pint glass made of glass with a matte frost finish, printed with a penguin sliding through snow. Frosted is the only finish on this listing, so there is no clear version of the same glass. The glass takes beer, cider or a cold soft drink, and the frosted surface keeps fingerprints off the outside. The capacity, material and finish given here come from this listing's own specification.

The story behind this design
The penguin is caught belly down and mid-slide, legs trailing, which is the one pose that reads instantly as fun rather than as a nature study. Snow is suggested by the ground line and by what the artwork leaves empty, letting the frosted glass itself stand in for it. The mood is winter comic: a bird enjoying itself, not posing for anyone.
