The story behind this design
An abstract print on a long, covered silhouette has to carry the whole garment, and this one does it with scale: large irregular blocks and interrupted lines run the length of the dress rather than repeating in small tiles. The colors are muted enough to wear to work, built on slate, oxblood, bone and a dull teal. The mood is composed and a bit architectural, the opposite of a party print.
