This DipaliZ product is a poker deck printed with an ornate pattern in gold and black. The cards are 2.5" x 3.5" on smooth 300 gsm premium-coated cardstock, semi glossy, on a white base. The deck is a standard poker set. It is the most formal-looking back in the DipaliZ range and the closest to a traditional club deck.

The story behind this design
Gold on black is the oldest formal pairing there is, and ornament is what it was invented for: fine scrolling lines need a dark ground to read against and a warm metal tone to look deliberate rather than merely yellow. The pattern is built symmetrically so the back gives nothing away when a card is dealt upside down. Against a semi glossy coating the printed gold picks up just enough light to suggest foil without being it.
