The story behind this design
On dark cotton an ink print has to carry its own light, so the fish here is drawn in near-white line with only two accent colours. Scales are indicated by short strokes rather than outlined shapes, which keeps the figure from turning into a solid block on Black. Oxford Grey softens the same drawing by half a stop, which is why both colourways feel like different shirts.
