The story behind this design
The Aquarius label is drawn around the sign's two wave glyphs, set one above the other, with the water bearer reduced to a simple vessel pouring between them. Date range and sign name run in a ring around the outer edge of the label, the layout used across the whole DipaliZ zodiac range so the twelve sit together on a shelf. The palette for this sign is a cool slate blue and a pale silver gray, chosen against the warmer signs rather than from the artwork alone.
