About This Item
This DipaliZ throw is a 100% polyester sherpa fleece blanket with a 3 mm pile. The printed face carries a squash and pumpkin pattern in muted oranges, teal and olive; the reverse is velvety sherpa. Three sizes are available, the largest 60 by 80 inches, and the piece is pre-constructed with a size variance of up to 3 inches. Hemmed edges run all the way round. The polyester composition, the 3 mm pile and the three sizes come from the supplier specification for this blanket.

The story behind this design
Squash rather than pumpkins carry most of this pattern: long-necked crooknecks, flattened turbans and ribbed gourds, with a few round pumpkins between them for rhythm. Teal cuts across the orange and olive at regular intervals and keeps the whole thing from turning into a single warm blur. The mood is a farm shop crate in late September.
