Where the companion tree blanket gives you a scene, this one gives you the season as colour: layered washes of ochre, rust and faded green that shift across the cloth without settling into any single object. Look closely and leaf edges surface out of the wash, then dissolve again. It was drawn to sit under a table lamp in a room where nothing else needs to match it.
