This DipaliZ dress is a tie-strap midi in 100% heavy polyester chiffon, printed with blue hydrangeas. Six sizes are offered, XS to 2XL. The straps tie at the shoulder so the length adjusts to you. Hydrangea heads are large flowers, and on a floor-skimming chiffon skirt they get the space a small print does not.

The story behind this design
The hydrangea heads are painted at close to life size, three or four to a panel, with individual florets picked out at the edges and softened toward the middle of each bloom. Blues run from a pale periwinkle to a saturated cornflower. On chiffon, which moves constantly, a large soft-edged flower reads better than a crisp one: the motion does the blurring either way, so the drawing anticipates it.
