About This Item
The DipaliZ Winter Snow Metal Ornament is an aluminum hanging ornament printed with a blue snowflake design. Four shapes are sold here: bell, oval, round and tree, each in one size. Aluminum is light enough to hang from a thin branch without bending it down. The ornament suits a tree dressed in blues and whites and works as a small gift or stocking filler.

The story behind this design
This is the quieter of the two DipaliZ snowflake ornaments. Where the frosted design crowds the surface, here a small number of larger flakes are placed with space between them, so each one is readable from a few feet away on a busy tree. The blues run cool and shift between two tones, which gives the flakes a sense of near and far without any shading.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Which shapes are available?
A: Bell, oval, round and tree. You choose one at checkout.
Q: What is it made of?
A: Aluminum, with the blue snowflake design printed onto the face.
Q: How does this differ from the DipaliZ Frosted Bell ornament?
A: Both are aluminum and come in the same four shapes. This one uses fewer, larger blue snowflakes with space between them; the frosted design is denser, in navy, and includes reindeer.
Q: Is it fragile?
A: No. Aluminum will not shatter the way a glass bauble does, so it suits a tree within reach of children or pets.
Care
Hang the ornament by its ribbon and store it wrapped in tissue out of season so the printed face does not rub. Wipe it with a dry soft cloth; do not use water or household cleaner on it.
