About This Item
This is an area rug from DipaliZ printed with a bohemian leaf design. The leaves are drawn at different scales and turned at different angles, so the eye keeps finding a new one rather than settling into a grid. It is brand new and printed to order.

The story behind this design
Leaf patterns go wrong when every leaf is the same leaf. Nature does not repeat at that scale, and a rug that does starts to look like wallpaper the moment you stand back from it. This design was built from several leaf drawings rotated and resized against each other, so the rhythm holds together from across the room while the detail still rewards standing on it.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Which size works under a coffee table?
A: The listing gives each size in both orientations, so pick the one that follows the run of your seating rather than the table alone.
Q: Is the rug printed or woven?
A: The design is printed. The artwork is original DipaliZ work, made to order.
Q: Is it brand new?
A: Yes. Every DipaliZ rug is brand new and printed to order when you buy it.
Care
Vacuum the rug on a low setting and blot spills rather than rubbing them; shake it out rather than beating it so the printed face is not scuffed.
