The story behind this design

Unlike the mixed spring pads, this design holds to two flowers only, which is what gives the frame its even rhythm all the way round the sheet. Lavender provides the vertical strokes and peonies the round mass, in a narrow range of lilac, mauve and soft white. The restraint is the point: it is the most uniform border in the DipaliZ notepad set.
