The story behind this design
The design follows a single vine rather than scattering separate flowers, which is why the eye travels the length of the bed instead of stopping. Leaves are drawn with their veins showing, the way a botanical illustration would, and the stems are allowed to cross one another to break up the repeat. Muted green on a pale ground keeps a busy line quiet.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What is the design on this comforter?
A: The DipaliZ botanical comforter prints a trailing vine of stems and veined leaves in muted green across the top face.
Q: What sizes does it come in?
A: This DipaliZ comforter is offered in four sizes: 68 by 88 inches, 68 by 92 inches, 88 by 88 inches and 104 by 88 inches.
Q: Is the design floral or leafy?
A: It is leafy. The DipaliZ vine design leads with stems and leaves rather than with blooms, which is what makes it read as botanical.
Q: Will it work in a neutral bedroom?
A: Yes. The muted green sits on a pale ground, so this DipaliZ comforter adds pattern to a neutral room without adding a strong color.
