The story behind this design

Scaling a whole tree down to a 2.5 inch card is the problem this design solves: the branches are simplified to a few dark lines and the blossom is massed rather than drawn flower by flower. That reduction is what keeps the image readable where a detailed botanical study would turn to speckle. Pale pink against white gives the deck an unusually quiet back, which some players prefer over a high-contrast one.

Frequently asked questions

Q: What are the cards made from?
A: Smooth 300 gsm premium-coated cardstock with a semi glossy finish, on a white base.

Q: Is there a matching cherry blossom bag?
A: Yes. DipaliZ prints the same cherry blossom tree design on an adjustable tote bag, sold as a separate listing.

Q: What size is each card?
A: 2.5 by 3.5 inches, the standard poker size.

Care

Store the cards boxed and dry. A pale card back shows marks sooner than a dark one, so keep the deck away from food and drink at the table.
