The story behind this design
The chevron is kept small and evenly spaced so it behaves like a texture rather than a motif. Color is held to three greys and a warm sand, close enough in value that the pattern only resolves when you look directly at it. It was drawn as the restrained sibling to the brighter tribal chevron band, for days when the wrist should not be the loudest thing in the room.
