The story behind this design
A cluster of bells is set on the natural linen body, where the woven texture shows through the print. The plaid cuff is a separate material from the boot, so the design was kept to the linen panel below it. Leaving the linen visible around the bells is what gives the stocking its unfussy, farmhouse look.
