About This Item
This DipaliZ coaster set contains four square corkwood coasters printed with Christmas snowflakes and trees. Each coaster measures 3.75 by 3.75 inches and has a high-gloss MDF drinking face over a cork back. The cork is doing real work: it grips the table so the coaster stays put when a glass lifts, and it keeps the hard board off the surface beneath. The gloss face is what holds the printed snow pattern bright under a lamp. The set suits a Christmas drinks table, a desk, or a kitchen that gets a seasonal change.

The story behind this design
Snowflakes and small conifer trees alternate across the square at an even density, so each of the four coasters reads as a cropped section of one continuous pattern rather than as four copies of a picture. Cool blues and whites dominate with the trees in a deep green. On a glossy face the white of the snow picks up the most light, which is why the pattern was kept light on dark.
