The story behind this design
Mistletoe rather than pine gives the farm its name, so a sprig with its paired leaves and berries is worked into the badge above the tree. The tree itself is drawn cut and bound with twine, the way it would leave a real lot. Ash is the only heathered option and it makes the green read dustier, closer to a working farm than a festive one.
