The story behind this design

Cutlery is an odd subject for a wall until you line it up, and then the repetition does the work: eight spoons, same length, each bowl catching the light slightly differently. The handles carry the variety, with engraved scrolls, plain tapers and one twisted stem. Warm greys and soft brass tones keep it close to a kitchen palette rather than a gallery one.
