The story behind this design
Giving the winter bloom more than one thread changes what it is: petals in pink and cream, a stem in two greens, and a small gold center. On denim the warmer threads sit forward and the greens recede, so the flower reads with depth rather than as an outline. It is the same drawing as the single-color version doing a different job.
