About This Item
The DipaliZ Colourful Fall Foliage Blanket is a velveteen plush throw made from a polyester blend. The artwork covers the face of the blanket with autumn leaves turning through green, gold, orange and deep red. The blanket comes in three sizes: 30 by 40 inches, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches. It is made for the months when a sofa needs a layer, and the colour is chosen to sit with the season rather than against it.

The story behind this design
Autumn colour is usually painted at its peak, when everything has already turned. This design catches it earlier, with green still holding in half the canopy and only a scatter of leaves gone to red, which is what the season actually looks like for most of its length. Spreading that mix across a large blanket means no two folds show the same balance of colour.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What sizes does the fall foliage blanket come in?
A: Three: 30 by 40 inches, 50 by 60 inches and 60 by 80 inches.
Q: What is a velveteen plush blanket?
A: It is a polyester blanket with a short, dense pile on the printed face, which gives it a soft velvet-like surface and lets the print stay sharp.
Q: Which size suits one person on a sofa?
A: The 50 by 60 inch size is the usual single-person throw. The 30 by 40 is a lap or child size, and the 60 by 80 covers a double bed.
Q: Is the print on both sides?
A: The foliage artwork is printed on the plush face of the blanket. The reverse is left plain.
Care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Do not bleach and do not dry clean. Avoid ironing the plush face, which flattens the pile.
