DipaliZ Decorative Note Pads 250th Celebration Edition

A gold border frames each sheet of this DipaliZ commemorative note pad, with pastel accents inside it. The pad marks the United States 250th anniversary and is offered in 3 by 3 inch and 4 by 4 inch squares on white sheets. The framing keeps the decoration entirely at the edge, so the writing area is untouched.

The story behind this design

Border designs are the oldest solution to a decorated writing surface and still the most practical, because a frame can be as ornate as it likes without costing a single line of usable space. The gold rule here runs an even margin in from the edge, with small pastel motifs set at the corners and midpoints like the pips on a playing card. Soft pinks and blues keep the commemorative note from turning stern.
