The story behind this design
The Cozy Cabin artwork is a lodge scene rather than a repeat pattern, with pine silhouettes and a low horizon worked in forest green, rust and a smoky charcoal. It is drawn flat and slightly woodcut, the way a hand-printed camp poster looks, so it does not try to be a photograph of a mountain. At the largest size the horizon actually reads across the blanket, which is why the design was worth doing as a scene rather than as another plaid.
