The story behind this design
Crowning a skull is old memento mori language; putting the word Computer under it drags that language four centuries forward without explaining the joke. The lettering is set heavy and flat against the fine engraving of the skull, and the mismatch is the point. Red is the colourway where the piece stops being funny and starts being slightly unsettling.
