The story behind this design
The giraffes are drawn head and neck only, cropped at the shoulder so the long neck becomes the whole motif and stacks efficiently across the sock. Their patches are soft rounded blobs in caramel and toffee rather than the hard-edged polygons of a real coat, and each face carries the same mild, slightly surprised expression. Sparse acacia leaves and small dots fill the ground in sage on a cream base.
