DipaliZ Mushroom Kid Tie-dye Cotton Tee

The DipaliZ Mushroom Kid Tee is a cotton unisex t-shirt on a pastel tie-dye ground. The design is a small kawaii character drawn with a mushroom cap, in a retro storybook style. Two colorways are offered on this tee, White with Olive Oil and White with Sky Blue. Sizes run from XS to XL, so this is an adult unisex tee rather than a children's garment.

The story behind this design

Kawaii drawing depends on proportion rather than detail, so the character is built from a few simple curves with the mushroom cap oversized against the body. That exaggeration is what makes it read as cute instead of merely small. The line weight is kept heavy and even, which is the only way a minimal drawing survives a tie-dye ground - a thin outline would break up wherever the dye runs pale.

The colorways and sizes above are taken from this tee's own specification.
