The story behind this design
The sentence is set as if written on a board at the end of a long day, with the strokes thinning where a real hand would have run out of pressure. Nothing about it is decorative; no apples, no pencils, no rules. It is offered only on pale grounds because the lettering was drawn in a single dark weight and needs the contrast.
