The story behind this design
Orange is a hard flower color to use at full strength, so this DipaliZ print alternates the orange blooms with white ones to break the heat of it. The flowers sit at a generous scale, a few filling the bodice rather than dozens. On a flared skirt the pattern moves in blocks of color instead of blurring, which is why the large drawing was the right choice.
