The story behind this design
Scarlet blooms sit on upright green stalks, drawn loose rather than botanically exact. The palette is a warm red against fresh stem green on bare white paper, so the flowers stay legible even on the smallest 3 by 3 inch pad. The mood is cheerful and unfussy, the kind of note you do not mind seeing on the fridge all week.
