The story behind this design
The clouds are drawn as single continuous gold outlines with nothing filled in, so the dark ground reads straight through them and the whole sky stays weightless. Stars sit at four different sizes, the smallest reduced to a dot, which is what stops the scatter looking mechanical. Visions is lettered in the same gold weight as the clouds so it belongs to the drawing rather than sitting on top of it.
