The story behind this design

Wrapping a design round a tumbler means the shopper only ever sees part of it, so this one has no single focal point: turtles, rays and fish are distributed evenly so any angle shows a complete-looking scene. The blues deepen toward the base, which makes the cup look like water seen from the side. Coral accents break up what would otherwise be an all-blue print.
