The story behind this design
A spiral is one of the few shapes that reads the same from every side of a room, which makes it useful on a floor where nobody agrees on which way is up. Setting the spirals at uneven spacing keeps them from locking into a grid, and the warm palette was chosen so the rug sits under furniture without competing with it.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What sizes does this rug come in?
A: Six, listed in both portrait and landscape: 24 x 36, 36 x 24, 36 x 60, 60 x 36, 48 x 72 and 72 x 48 inches.
Q: Does the design have a right way up?
A: Not really. The spirals read the same from any side, which is part of why the pattern was drawn that way.
Q: Is it brand new?
A: Yes. Every DipaliZ rug is brand new and printed to order when you buy it.
Care
Vacuum the rug on a low setting and blot spills rather than rubbing them; shake it out rather than beating it so the printed face is not scuffed.
