About This Item
This DipaliZ wrapping paper is a printed paper roll carrying a purple floral design. The roll comes at 30 by 36 inches, 30 by 72 inches or 30 by 180 inches, with a glossy or matte finish. Open purple blooms repeat across the sheet in an original DipaliZ drawing. Purple floral wrapping paper suits birthdays, weddings, baby showers and any occasion wanting something other than a stock pattern. The sizes and finishes given here are taken from this roll's own specification.

The story behind this design
Gift wrap is designed to be destroyed, which sounds like a reason not to try very hard and is actually the opposite. The paper is seen for a few seconds at full size and then in torn fragments, so this design keeps individual blooms large enough to survive a rip and spaces them so the pattern never has an obvious grid. Purple was chosen because so little commercial wrap uses it.
