This DipaliZ blanket is a sherpa-backed throw in 100% polyester. The printed face carries maple leaf artwork and the reverse is sherpa, a thick looped pile that traps air and makes the blanket warmer than a flat fleece of the same size. Two colors are offered, Beige and Grey, each in three sizes: 30 by 40, 50 by 60 and 60 by 80 inches. The corners are rounded rather than square. The story behind this design
Maple is the only leaf in this one, repeated at a single scale and rotated so no two neighbors point the same way. Because the blanket comes in a warm beige and a cool gray, the leaf palette was pitched between the two — ochre and a dusty terracotta, colors that sit happily on either ground without one version looking like an afterthought. The rounded corners were part of the drawing decision too: the pattern is allowed to run off the edge rather than being framed.
