The story behind this design
The flowers on this skirt are abstracted almost past recognition: petals become blocks of flat color and stems become straight bars, so the print reads as a modernist pattern with a botanical memory in it. The colors are the loudest in the DipaliZ skirt range, running electric blue against orange with black outlines holding them apart. Over a midi length there is enough fabric for the full repeat to show.
