About This Item
This DipaliZ notepad is a small to-do list pad, 5.5 by 6 inches, built on a hard cardboard backing so it stays rigid in the hand. The pages are laid out as a list inside a floral border, and the pad holds 40 or 50 single-sided tear-away pages. The stiff backing is what lets you write on it standing up, which a floppy pad will not allow.

The story behind this design
Small pads get held rather than laid down, so this border was drawn tight to the edge to protect as much writing room as possible on a sheet barely wider than a hand. The flowers are simplified almost to symbols at this scale, and the ink is kept dark enough to survive the reduction without going muddy.
