About This Item
This DipaliZ tile is a ceramic wall tile printed with a bright floral design, made in one 6 by 8 inch size with a glossy or matte finish. A tile of this size travels and posts well, which is part of why it works as a wedding or housewarming present. It can be mounted on a wall with adhesive picture strips or stood on a shelf. The size, finish and material are taken from this product's own record.

The story behind this design
The flowers on this tile are drawn large enough that two or three blooms fill the whole face, rather than a repeating pattern being cropped to fit. That choice makes the tile read as a small picture instead of as a sample of wallpaper. Clear, high-key color does the rest, and the design keeps a narrow margin of light ground around the edge so it does not crowd its own frame.
Frequently asked questions
Q: Does the tile arrive ready to hang?
A: The tile is made as wall decor. Many people mount it with adhesive picture strips, or stand it on a shelf using a small plate stand.
Q: What size and finishes are available?
A: One size, 6 by 8 inches, in a glossy or a matte finish.
Q: Does it make a good wedding or housewarming present?
A: It does. A ceramic tile is flat, light and hard to break in transit, which makes it an easier gift to post than framed glass.
Q: Is the artwork printed or glazed in by hand?
A: The artwork is printed onto the glazed ceramic face. It is an original DipaliZ design rather than a hand-painted one-off.
Care
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Keep abrasive cleaners away from the glaze, and do not wash the tile in a dishwasher.
