About This Item
The DipaliZ Floral Zen Yoga Mat is a foam mat of 24 by 72 inches printed with an open blossom pattern. Blossoms are drawn in line rather than filled, with plenty of space left between them. Foam gives a cushioned surface for seated and kneeling work. The mat suits meditation, Pilates and slower practice at home.

The story behind this design
Most floral prints fill every inch, and this one deliberately does not. Single blossoms are drawn as thin outlines and placed far apart, so what you mostly see when you lie down is quiet ground rather than pattern. The few colors used are held to soft neutrals with one muted accent, which keeps the design from competing for attention during a long hold.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What are the dimensions of this mat?
A: The DipaliZ Floral Zen Yoga Mat measures 24 by 72 inches.
Q: What is the mat made from?
A: It is made of foam.
Q: Is the blossom print busy or restrained?
A: It is restrained. The blossoms are drawn in outline with wide empty space between them, which is what makes the mat calm to look at during a long hold.
Q: Does the mat suit meditation as well as movement?
A: Yes. The cushioned foam surface and the 24 by 72 inch size give room for seated meditation as well as stretching and Pilates.
Care
Wipe the mat with a damp cloth and mild soap after use, then let it air dry flat before rolling it up. Keep it away from direct heat and do not machine wash or tumble dry.
