The story behind this design
Leaves in russet, ochre, olive and a last few greens are scattered across each napkin as though they had fallen there, some whole and some half out of frame. Each is drawn with its veins showing, which gives the design a pressed-leaf precision rather than a graphic one. Laid together the four napkins read as a single drift across the table.
