This is the DipaliZ Frosted Spice candle, poured in natural soy wax in a frosted glass jar. It is a single-scent candle: Cinnamon Chai, and nothing else to decide. The story behind this design
Frosted Spice is named for the pairing of a cold-looking jar with a warm-smelling wax, and the label leans into that contradiction. The artwork is drawn in a pale frost white over the already-frosted glass, with cinnamon-brown type, so the vessel looks like something left out on a windowsill overnight. Because there is only one scent, the label had the freedom to commit to it: everything on the jar is about cinnamon and cold air.

Care
Trim the wick to about a quarter inch before each burn and let the first burn pool the wax to the glass. Keep burns under four hours, stand the jar on a heat-safe surface out of drafts, never leave it unattended, and stop burning at about half an inch of remaining wax.
