This DipaliZ throw is an arctic fleece blanket printed with a boho geometric design. The blanket is polyester fleece and comes in three sizes: 30 by 40, 50 by 60 and 60 by 80 inches. The smallest size is a lap or child's blanket rather than a bed throw. Arctic fleece takes a printed pattern with strong color, which is why the geometry stays crisp rather than fuzzing at the edges.

The story behind this design
The design sets diamonds, chevrons and banded stripes in horizontal registers, the way a woven kilim is built up row by row, and no two bands are the same width. The palette is warm earth: terracotta, ochre, sand and a deep indigo used sparingly as a stopper between bands. At the 60 by 80 size the registers read as a whole textile; at 30 by 40 you see perhaps four of them.
