The story behind this design
Golden Hour is the only DipaliZ September design drawn for dark garments, and that decision shapes everything about it. A low sun cannot be painted onto a pale shirt without losing the contrast that makes it a sunset, so the artwork uses a deep amber and a burnt orange that need something dark behind them. Army and Brown are the pick of the four, because both already sit in the palette. On Black the design reads coldest and most graphic.
