Happy Diwali Laxmi Feet
About This Item
The DipaliZ Happy Diwali Banner with the Laxmi Feet design is a printed vinyl banner on 15 oz blockout scrim stock. The surface is matte, which keeps the print readable under a hallway light rather than reflecting it. The banner is made in two horizontal sizes, 48" × 36" and 72" × 60", and hanging hardware comes with it. DipaliZ made this banner for Diwali at home, for temple halls and for community festival spaces.

The story behind this design
Blockout scrim is the reason this design works at the larger size. The stock is opaque, so the footprints do not ghost through when a light sits behind the banner, and the matte coat stops the dark fill from flaring under a bulb. The motif is held centrally with generous empty margin on either side, which is what lets a 72-inch banner still read as a single pair of feet rather than a crowded wall.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What design is on this banner?
A: It carries the Laxmi feet design, the footprints of the goddess Lakshmi, with a Diwali greeting.
Q: What are the available sizes?
A: The banner is made in 48 by 36 inches and 72 by 60 inches, both horizontal.
Q: Is the vinyl see-through?
A: No. It is 15 oz blockout scrim vinyl, which is opaque, so backlighting does not show through the print.
Q: Is hanging hardware included?
A: Yes. Hardware for hanging comes with the banner.
Q: There is another DipaliZ Laxmi feet banner. What is the difference?
A: DipaliZ runs two separate Laxmi feet banner listings. This is the 15oz Vinyl listing; the other is titled Happy Diwali Matte Banner Laxmi Feet Vinyl Decor. The stock, finish and both sizes are the same on each.
Care
Wipe the banner clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it dry fully before rolling or rehanging. Store the banner rolled rather than folded so the vinyl does not crease.
