About This Item
The DipaliZ Wellness Journal Notepad is a paper tear-away pad measuring 8.5 by 11 inches. The pad carries 40 or 50 single-sided pages and a magnetic backing, so it can live on a fridge door or a filing cabinet instead of being buried in a drawer. The cover artwork is an original health and wellness design by DipaliZ. This notepad suits anyone tracking water, sleep, movement or mood one day at a time.

The story behind this design
Wellness stationery usually arrives shouting in mint green and sans-serif affirmations. DipaliZ went the other way: the artwork here is calm and largely hand-drawn, giving the page room rather than filling it with prompts. The intent was a pad you would still want on the fridge in March, after the January enthusiasm has worn off.
Frequently asked questions
Q: What size is the DipaliZ Wellness Journal Notepad?
A: The DipaliZ Wellness Journal Notepad measures 8.5 by 11 inches.
Q: How many pages does the notepad have?
A: The notepad is supplied with either 40 or 50 single-sided tear-away pages.
Q: Is this a bound journal or a tear-off pad?
A: It is a tear-off pad, not a bound book. Each page lifts away cleanly from the top of the pad so a completed sheet can be filed or pinned up.
Q: Can the notepad be stuck to a fridge?
A: Yes. The pad has a magnetic backing, so it holds on a fridge door, a filing cabinet or any other steel surface.
Q: Are the pages printed on both sides?
A: No. The pages are single-sided, which keeps each torn sheet clean on the reverse for filing or scanning.
Care
- Keep the pad dry and away from direct sunlight to stop the cover fading
- Tear pages from the top edge in one steady pull
- Recycle used sheets with ordinary paper
