About This Item
The DipaliZ Autumn Tree Portrait Matte Canvas is a vertical wall piece showing a tree in full autumn colour. The canvas is stretched over a pine wood frame 0.75 inches deep and arrives ready to hang. Fourteen sizes are offered, thirteen of them portrait formats running from 8 by 10 inches to 32 by 48 inches, alongside a 14 by 14 inch square. The vertical proportion makes this print useful in the narrow wall spaces that landscape artwork cannot fill.

The story behind this design
Turned upright, the artwork gives the trunk its full height and lets the canopy break the top of the frame rather than sitting neatly within it. Branch structure is more visible in this orientation, so the drawing beneath the colour becomes part of the appeal. Warm ochres dominate the leaf mass while the lower third stays cooler and shadowed, which pulls the eye upward through the piece.
