About This Item
These DipaliZ white coined napkins carry a coffee cup illustration on FSC and SFI certified paper. Both sizes are available on this listing: 6.5 by 6.5 inches, which is the size that sits under a mug and saucer, and 4.8 by 4.8 inches for smaller servings. Each is sold in a pack of 50 or 100. The coined edge is embossed rather than plain cut. These suit a coffee morning, a brunch table, an office kitchen or a small cafe.

The story behind this design
The coffee cup is drawn as a simple line-and-fill illustration, a single cup seen slightly from above with the ellipse of the rim doing most of the work. There is no steam, no beans and no scattered saucer props, which is unusual for a coffee motif and is what stops the napkin looking like cafe merchandise. Repeated at a small scale on white paper it functions as a quiet signal of what is being served rather than as decoration in its own right.
